• Ensure our cleaning teams have safe and unobstructed access to the premises at agreed-upon times.

• Secure any valuables, sensitive documents, or fragile items prior to our team's arrival.

• Comply with all payment terms as outlined in your Service Agreement.
   

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for our commercial cleaning services is determined based on the specific scope of work, frequency, and other factors, and will be provided to you through a custom quote. Payment terms, including deposit requirements, invoicing cycles, and accepted payment methods, will be clearly outlined in your Service Agreement. Unless otherwise specified in your Service Agreement, invoices are typically due upon receipt or within a specified number of days.

5. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

• No Guarantees: While Cleanloop Solutions Inc. strives for excellence, we do not guarantee specific outcomes beyond delivering our Services with reasonable care and skill.

• Liability: Cleanloop Solutions Inc. carries appropriate commercial general liability insurance. Our liability for any damages arising from our Services will be limited to the value of the Services provided, except where such limitation is prohibited by law. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues not directly caused by our cleaning operations.

• Unforeseen Conditions: The Company reserves the right to adjust service scope or pricing, or to refuse service, in instances where extreme or hazardous conditions are encountered (e.g., mold, biohazards, extensive damage) that were not disclosed or reasonably foreseeable during the quoting process.
